Work at Home Moms Are Amazing
We already knew that moms are incredible, but I recently bumped into some statistics that really amazed me.
Did you know that 4 out of 5 businesses in Canada are started by women now? And EIGHTY percent of those women are moms! How cool is that?
There`s nothing easy about starting up a new business, especially when balancing kids and housework, as well. But that hasn`t stopped a lot of moms from making their dreams come true. Yes, it`s hard. Yes, it`s a LOT of work. But if you really do want to start your own business, now is the time, not ten years from now.
Start with baby steps. If you`re a stay at home mom, work on your business idea while the kids are napping or at school. If you work outside the home, why not use your breaks and maybe set aside a few hours on the weekend to get things done. It doesn`t have to be instant, 100%, you can build your business bit by bit.

These are very interesting and promising statistics. I have toyed around with a few business ideas that I could possibly do from home while raising our kids. It’s tough to find the time to do it but you’ve inspired me to find the time and kick the planning into high gear! Thanks
