I started with my VA last week and so far it’s working out great. Sundipa is also from India I had over 300 applicants for my vacant job post and must say that I had no problem hiring someone outside North America and you too should not feel guilty.

At the moment, most of my tasks are research related, but I´m also planning on having Asha submit articles to article directories and my blogs to blog directories for me. Basically, all the mundane tasks.

Kathy, I live in Guatemala myself, so technically, anyone hiring me to write for them would be outsourcing to a foreign country, too. And, at the moment, I don´t earn enough to hire an American VA, though hopefully that will change in the near future. Though I´d probably be a bit more inclined to go with a Canadian, since I´m originally from there.

I find outsourcing to another country totally wrong when there are so many americans out of work!
