Genesis Tis the season for giveaways and I have another great one for you! If you’re like me, you probably stick to the icons that come with your computer . . . you know, the basic ones that come with the My PC icon and the plain little yellow folders. Well, did you know you can change them?
Kate England at Marmalade Moon has several really neat icon collections that she’s designed to make your computer really unique. They aren’t just for show though! She has a new set of Process Icons that are perfect for work at home moms, making it easy to see at a glance which projects are due now, soon or are completed, among other things.
There’s also some free stuff on the site, where you can get color coded desktop folders (though personally I love the leather folders!) to try out before you buy.

My favorite is Creative Desktop Icons. First of all, like all of Kate’s work, they are very reasonably priced. Secondly they are of the highest quality in terms of both form and function. I have a very small firm from which I am contracted to do everything from project management to social media marketing. So my time and budgets are limited for me and my clients. Kate’s products allow me to have the quality as well cost effectiveness.
I’m thrilled I came across this site and I absolutely LOVE the Organizer desktop icons. I can see where these icons would help keep the large amount of information and research organized, saving time!
