		<description>I can SO relate to this...I find that the more I have to do, the more I get done. And similarly, the smaller window of  time I have available, the more productive it often is.  So capping the amount of time I will spend on any one project really seems to help. And then, to help maintain the work at home balance, have something specific planned in the home or kid arena to do once the time is up.</description>
