  1. Hi this a problem for me as I have 2 personal websites that I am working on constantly, and numerous other activities away from the computer.I run out of hours and could do with an extra 3-5 hours a day.

To resolve this I have started delegating non essential task and decided to focus and what’s important and not what’s urgent.Hope this helps someone, theirs more but I’m simply running out of time…

  2. As every mom knows, no matter how organized you are, things happen. One’s work has to be put on the back burner until the distraction has been attended to. Don’t get enough sleep as it is, certainly could cut down on that as Jon says.

  3. I’ve starting saving phone calls for during the baby’s afternoon walk. I feel like I’m seriously multi-tasking, as I’m spending time with her, getting exercise and fresh air, and getting my calls taken care of all at the same time.

  4. @Jo, sleep is definitely an area that could be cut back for many, but I think new moms need to be careful they don´t burn out.

@Lorna, that´s a great way to multi-task! Enjoy it while you can . . . in another year, she´ll be running all over the place and you´ll be getting twice the exercise and no work done. ;)
