Happy 4th!
I just wanted to wish all my American readers a happy Fourth of July. I hope you enjoy your picnics, fireworks and time with the family.
I´m also curious as to how many of you work on your own business during this holiday . . . or any holiday, for that matter. Tamara, at Freelance Parent had an interesting post on this yesterday.
I just finished editing two articles, one of which was for an author in Ireland, who obviously has no connection to our holiday. I admit to working a bit yesterday morning also. My feeling is, if you can grab some early or late free time over a holiday, then feel free catch up on work, but don’t allow work to take away from family time and celebrations.
